Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before departure.
  • Bookings without the required advance payment will not be confirmed or held.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days before departure: 20% cancellation charges apply.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges apply.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
  • No refunds are applicable for no-shows or early departure from the trip.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Please note that Visa fees, special permits, helicopter tickets, and government charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to carry valid ID proof, passport (mandatory for international yatras), permits, and required medical certificates.
  • Xourist is not responsible for denied entry, boarding, or participation due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Health & Fitness

  • Yatras like Kailash Mansarovar require a high level of physical fitness.
  • Travelers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
  • Xourist is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or medical emergencies that occur during the journey.

6. Itinerary Changes

  • Xourist reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, government orders, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes or delays caused by such factors.

7. Liability

  • Xourist acts only as a tour organizer and facilitator.
  • We are not responsible for any losses, accidents, delays, political disturbances, or situations arising from natural calamities or force majeure.

8. Accommodation & Transport

  • Hotels are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, a hotel of a similar category will be provided.
  • Transportation timings are fixed and must be strictly followed by all passengers to maintain the schedule.

9. Code of Conduct

  • All travelers are expected to maintain discipline and show respect towards local customs, temple rules, and fellow passengers.
